#TheBoxtrolls in theatres today! {#Giveaway}

 I don't know if your kiddos went to the $1 movies at Regal that I posted about earlier this summer but in the passport book they handed the kids there was an advertisement for this adorable movie!  Ever since then my son has been asking me, "When does The Boxtrolls come out?"  "When can we see it in the theater?"  The wait is over, the movie is in theatres today!

A family event movie from the creators of “Coraline” and “ParaNorman” that introduces audiences to a new breed of family – The Boxtrolls, a community of quirky, mischievous creatures who have lovingly raised an orphaned human boy named Eggs (voiced by Isaac Hempstead Wright) in the amazing cavernous home they’ve built beneath the streets of Cheesebridge. When the town’s villain, Archibald Snatcher (Academy Award winner Ben Kingsley), comes up with a plot to get rid of the Boxtrolls, Eggs decides to venture above ground, “into the light,” where he meets and teams up with fabulously feisty Winnie (Elle Fanning). Together, they devise a daring plan to save Eggs’ family.

As a special treat for my readers, I received a Prize Pack FILLED to the brim with goodies from the new movie to giveaway!

These photos don't even show what all the prize pack includes!  There's rainbow loom bands, pins, a back pack, pencil pouch, puzzle, activity book, and more!

To Enter please list a creative idea on how to re-use a cardboard box! For extra entries share this giveaway on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter. Giveaway ends on October 1st at midnight and winners will be notified via email. Once we choose a winner we will give you 24 hrs to respond and then we will go to who's next in line.

Good Luck and be sure to check out The Boxtrolls in theatres everywhere starting today!

  1. After we unpacked from moving (the last time), my three youngest girls created an amazing fort with the large wardrobe boxes.They had the most fun decorating them and then sleeping in the forts for a week before we "forced" them to sleep in their beds.

  6. My middle daughter when in her 'AGD' phase used to create whole WORLDS for those dolls with all sorts of boxes. chairs, TVs, couches, beds you name it, she created it. I'm such a mean mom because I wouldn't purchase the expensive AGD 'stuff'... but in the end I watched my kid become the most creative kid on the block and girls would beg her to get out her doll stuff!! :)

  8. My older child would turn it into some kind of goal to play sports with, and my little guy no doubt would make it into a superhero hideout or a jail for the bad guys.

  9. My boys always come up with creative things to do with boxes. We tie them together and make trains. We make robots and turtle shells. I am sure they will come up with something good!
