Free project for the kids this summer!

What kid doesn't love tools and being able to build things on their own?  My son does, and he has been attending Lowe's Build and Grow workshops since he was 3 years old.  These are awesome opportunities to do something hands on with your child and the best part?  They're free!  They recommend they be school age but daddy was always there to help him along.  During the summer Lowe's does a movie theme throughout and this summer happens to be Dreamworks.

You can see here, last summer was Disney Pixar and he was able to make Dusty from the movie Planes.

This summer they will be every Saturday at 10am at your local Lowe's Home Improvement store.

Summer Projects:

June 14th  Toothless
June 28th  Sheep Drop Game
July 12th   Turbo with pullback motor
July 26th   Turbo taco truck
August 9th   Monsters VS Aliens Trolley
August 23rd   Monsters VS Aliens Robot

They will start sign-ups a few weeks before each project is scheduled so be sure to sign your kiddos up early!  Have a great time building with your kiddos!

  1. My kids got a Free Lowes building kit at the Spring Festival and they LOVED building it. I will have to sign them up for a couple of these!
